Upon full payment, all design files, code and content created specifically for the client become the client's property. Stock assets or third-party libraries are subject to their respective licenses.
Timely provision of content, feedback and approvals is required to keep the project on schedule. Delays may impact delivery timelines.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. A detailed warranty (if applicable) will be defined in the project proposal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Siwan, Bihar.
