At Websikh Technology, we want you to be happy with the services we deliver. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled.
The advance payment secures your project slot and covers initial planning and design work. The advance is generally non-refundable once design work has begun.
If you cancel the project before any work has started, the advance may be refunded minus any transaction charges. Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.
If the project is cancelled after work has started, fees are non-refundable. Any completed deliverables are shared with the client upon request.
If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline without a valid reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that project.
Costs paid to third parties (domain registration, hosting, software licenses, stock assets) are non-refundable as these are paid directly to the respective providers.
